I have sent Rachel go to a daycare centre by the named of "Edukids" near my condo area. So on Wednesday (2nd Jan) is the first day for her. Since it is still school holiday they open half day only. This daycare centre start operation from 8am - 6pm. They open and close sharply so we have to pick her up earlier.
When I was about to leave I saw tears in her eyes. But she didn't cry out. She look sad. Teachers comment she is okay and able to mix around with other kids. The only point is she will cry whenever she think of her brother, grandmother and mummy.
We want to send her to this place cos they will send her to Ave Maria Kindergarten and also they will teach them to do their homework. At this age of 4 years old they have to learn to write alphabet, numbers and Chinese characters (which I don't know). That is why need other assistance to teach her.
Her classmates from Ave Maria Kindergarten are also going to this daycare centre. They will be together at this centre in the morning session and then, prepare go to Ave Maria Kindergarten in the afternoon session from 1pm - 4pm. The teacher will send and pick up from this kindergarten. They will bath and change them into school uniform and have lunch before going to kindergarten. So this will happen when kindergarten start on Thursday (3rd Jan).
Hope she will enjoy it later.
